Raised on the Texas Coast, a passion for Real Estate came to Caroline at a very early age, especially after receiving her realtor’s license at 19 year old. She graduated with honors from Texas Tech University with a Bachelors of Business Administration. After a few years of teaching and coaching in the renowned Dripping Springs ISD, she finally decided to pursue her future in the Real Estate industry. All the while, Caroline and her husband opened up The Liney Moon; a local boutique hotel and venue in Dripping Springs, Texas. After selling the business in early 2020, Caroline and her husband later opened up the Dripping Springs Country Club, also known as an outdoor-hill-country-version of Top Golf and the first of it’s kind in the area. Caroline and her husband have also built various custom homes throughout the Texas Hill Country area, which truly helps explain her deep knowledge of the real estate industry as a whole, the construction process, negotiation tactics, as well as her understanding of the financing world. Dripping Springs resident since 2008, Caroline is an enthusiastic member of the community and the local chamber, enjoys spending time with her 3 children, playing golf with her husband, vacationing in her hometown of Rockport, and showing her clients the best that Texas has to offer!
